Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Manage comprehensive administrative and legal support tasks, including electronic court filings across multiple courts and agencies (NLRB, PERB, administrative bodies), maintaining case files, preparing exhibits, coordinating document production, and handling Bates stamping.
  • Draft, edit, and redline legal documents, forms, and correspondence (Workshare), while performing legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and BNA; update internal procedures based on court rule research and judge-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate communication and scheduling by screening calls, arranging meetings, booking conference rooms, handling Zoom/conference calls, and liaising with clients, attorneys, witnesses, experts, and court personnel.
  • Prepare and manage attorney billing (Juris), expense reimbursements, monthly/quarterly Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations, databases, and Outlook contact lists.
  • Maintain documents within the firm's document management system (iManage) and operate office equipment including photocopiers, binding machines, and dictation tools.
  • Oversee trial docket management, court correspondence, travel arrangements, mail coordination, and RFP creation for new clients.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently; perform other duties as assigned.
